Wicked Norfolk | Chrysler Hall

The wait is almost over Norfolk. The Broadway box office smash Wicked hasn’t visited Norfolk in two years, but that oversight is about to become a thing of the past when Wicked parks at the Chrysler Hall this summer. Wicked is set to take over the Chrysler Hall from May 20 through 31, 2020.

For those who have been living under a rock, Wicked is the show that has been selling out nightly on Broadway for thirteen years and is still going strong. The Winnie Holzman and Stephen Schwartz creation is the deftly creative look at the land of Oz before Dorothy and Toto decided to shake things up. It tells the tell of the witches of Oz — Galinda and Elphaba. An unlikely friendship crops up between these vastly different personalities. Unfortunately, even the best of friends can fall on bad times when circumstance drives a wedge between them. Find out how the power struggle of Oz came to be in this instant classic production.

Wicked last played Norfolk’s Chrysler Hall from November 26 to December 7, 2014.
