The multi-awarded musical and one of the top grossing Broadway shows of the last decade, Wicked, flies to Los Angeles this fall for a two month engagement at the Pantages Theatre, from November 30, 2011 to January 22, 2012. Wicked is a musical with scores and songs from critically acclaimed composer Stephen Schwartz and a story written for the stage by Winnie Holzman. It is based on Gregory Maguire’s novel “Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West”, the prequel to Wizard of Oz.

The 2011 Wicked Los Angeles cast include Jackie Burns who will grace the Los Angeles staging as lead character Elphaba. Chandra Lee Schwartz, Randy Danson and Mark Jacoby will also be appearing as other lead characters Glinda, Madame Morrible, and The Wizard, respectively.
