On November 2, “Wicked’s” Broadway cast will be welcoming two new members to their cast: Etai BenShlomo will be assuming the Boq role and Tom Flynn is taking over the Dr. Dillamond role at Gershwin Theatre. The two actors will be joining a cast currently comprised of Katie Rose Clark playing Glinda, Mandy Gonzalez playing Elphaba, Kathy Fitzgerald in the role of Madame Morrible, Andy Karl playing Fiyero, P.J. Benjamin in the role of The Wizard, and Jenny Fellner playing Nessarose.

The “Wicked” Broadway production continues selling like gangbusters after running for almost seven years. Box office data shows that this year’s attendance for the musical has not dropped under 90% seating capacity at Gershwin Theater, one of Broadway’s biggest houses. Apparently, even for Broadway hit musicals with no signs of closing, too much promotion is no such thing.
